Registering for the Annual Meeting & Exposition is simple! Just download the registration form, fax or mail to ICFA prior to the meeting and receive confirmation before the meeting.

Local Contractors & General Admission for Educational Seminar - "Introduction to ICF's" at 4:00 -5:00pm along with admission to EXPO that evening from 4:00 - 7:00 pm.


National
Association of
Home Builder Education Courses

The Insulating Concrete Form Association will be offering the National Association of Home Builders Building with Insulating Concrete Forms at its annual meeting this fall.

NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION
The registration form lists prices for all registration types at both member and nonmember rates. All ICFA memberships are on an individual basis; registration status may not be transferred to others.

ELIGIBILITY
The Annual Meeting & Exposition is open to ICF professionals, design professionals, contractors, consultants, testing agencies and the general public.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION
For registrations made via phone or fax, confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 20 days, please do not hesitate to call 888-864-4232.

CANCELLATIONS
If received in writing between August 15 and September 15, 2008, ICFA will refund your meeting registration, less a $100.00 administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations received after September 15 or for no-shows. Cancellation requests should be faxed to 847-657-9728 or mailed to the ICFA address:

BADGES
Badges will be available for pick-up at the ICFA Meeting Registration desk September 29 and 30, 2008 in Portland. Please stop by the desk prior to attending sessions to ensure admittance into meeting and expo events.

A directory of attendees will be created and will be available for pick-up at the ICFA Meeting Registration desk.
